Terms of Use
By using Riftone you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Service
Riftone provides audio stem separation and related editing features. Availability may change; we may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.
Acceptable use
- Upload only content you own or are licensed to process. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and for how you use the stems, lyrics and exports made from it, including compliance with copyright law.
- Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, malware distribution, or abuse of infrastructure.
- Do not attempt to access other users’ data or bypass security controls.
Subscriptions
- Riftone Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through the App Store, weekly or yearly. The price and billing period are shown in the app before you buy and are charged to your Apple ID.
- If a free trial is offered, it is shown in the app with its length and the price that follows; the subscription starts automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. Introductory offers are shown with their price, period and the regular price they renew at.
- The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it anytime in your Apple ID settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel it.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. Restore Purchases in the app restores an active subscription on a new device.
- Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies.
Disclaimer
The app and separated outputs are provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee separation quality for every source file.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from your use of Riftone.
Intellectual property
You retain rights to your uploads. You grant us a limited license to host and process your audio, including through our AI processing provider, solely to provide the service to you. App branding, UI, and software remain our property or our licensors’.
Termination
We may suspend access for violations of these terms. You may stop using the app at any time.
