By using SplitStem you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Service
SplitStem provides audio stem separation and related editing features. Availability may change; we may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.
Acceptable use
- Upload only content you own or are licensed to process.
- Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, malware distribution, or abuse of infrastructure.
- Do not attempt to access other users’ data or bypass security controls.
Subscriptions (beta / TestFlight)
TestFlight and some beta builds may show subscription UI that simulates purchases for review and testing. That flow is not production App Store billing unless explicitly stated in the app. Production terms for paid plans will apply when real StoreKit billing ships.
Disclaimer
The app and separated outputs are provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee separation quality for every source file.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from your use of SplitStem.
Intellectual property
You retain rights to your uploads. You grant us a limited license to host and process your audio solely to provide the service. App branding, UI, and software remain our property or our licensors’.
Termination
We may suspend access for violations of these terms. You may stop using the app at any time.
